路勁銷售及市場推廣副總監陳健聰表示，項目至今已累售51伙單位，平均成交呎價約1萬元，套現約2.3億元。他預計，項目於年中可正式入伙，內地客查詢較樓市「撤辣」前增加數倍，公司會加強於內地宣傳。(js/k)
