June initially filed for a US IPO in July 2022.
The company was listed on NASDAQ on Wednesday, April 17 under the trading symbol JUNE. Spartan Capital Securities was the sole bookkeeper for the transaction.
By Wednesday's close, the stock was up 1.50% to $4.06. The stock fell 5.91% after the market.
According to information, through its subsidiary OPS HK, Junee provides interior design, decoration and maintenance services for office, residential, retail and commercial customers in Hong Kong. The company's design work is carried out by in-house designers, while decoration work and maintenance services are outsourced to subcontractors, managed and supervised by OPS HK. For the financial year ending June 30, 2023, the company generated $6.1 million in revenue.
