金輝集團(00137.HK)訂立租船合約

金輝集團(00137.HK)公布，旗下間接附屬公司Jinhui Marine Inc.於昨日(17日)，與Olam Maritime Freight Pte. Ltd.就有關租賃一艘散裝貨船訂立租船合約。承租期介乎由最短33個月，至最長36個月。每天船租租金為3.15萬美元，以及3.75%的租船回扣。預計交付日期介乎2025年1月1日至2025年3月31日之間。

據租船合約披露，該散裝貨船被命名為M.V.「TRUE NEPTUNE」，載重量約20.76萬公噸，於2017年建造，並於利比里亞共和國註冊。付款條款亦列明買家須預付15天，至於租船合約的最低租金付款總額約2,664萬美元。(js/k)
