The main reasons for the rating include: 1) Q1 net profit from the main business or an increase of more than 100%; 2) the market rent increase is expected to help the company achieve long-term continuous growth; 3) Yiwu's export boom is high, laying a good foundation for the company's further growth; 4) the rapid development of new businesses and progress in data resource entry; and 5) the release of an action plan to “improve quality, increase efficiency and focus on return”.
