Project Holdings ＜9246＞ announced on the 16th that its subsidiary Project Company will implement strategic business cooperation with Skydisk (headquarters: Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka-ken) to provide DX project support services mainly for SMB companies in the manufacturing industry.

In this service, DX of regional manufacturers is realized by utilizing the project company's DX planning/execution driving power and Skydisk's AI SaaS product provision capabilities through the arrangement of issues in DX promotion in the manufacturing industry.

As the first step of this collaboration, the project company will support the introduction of “Optimum Works” provided by SkyDisc to manufacturers. We will develop DX services directly linked to management results by supporting visualization of manufacturing capacity and grasping delivery dates, which is one of the major issues faced by manufacturers.

In the future, the two companies will collaborate and work with a view to establishing consortiums that consolidate solutions related to manufacturing.
