(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo President: Momo Kanayama), which develops GIVENCHY BEAUTY, and the certified NPO corporation Rebit (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Yakushi Saneyoshi), which supports LGBTQ+ parties, are co-hosted by 3 companies, and enjoy the LGBTQ+ stakeholders' “own style” A personal styling experience session to support” will be held on 4/15 (Monday)”Niaulab by ZOZOIt was carried out at” (Hereafter, suitable lab).
The certified NPO corporation ReBIT sympathized with the desire of ZOZO Co., Ltd. and LVMH Fragrance Brands Co., Ltd., which promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (hereafter, DE&I), to “enjoy their own style,” and this project was implemented. In this project, according to the timing of “Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2024,” we proposed styling and hair makeup that is unique to LGBTQ+ parties by multiplying the know-how of the three companies, such as super personal styling services from suitable laboratories, hair and makeup that respects the diversity of GIVENCHY BEAUTY and brings out one's own appeal, and the certified NPO corporation Rebit's expertise in LGBTQ+ diversity.
We will continue to respect diversity and creativity, and we will continue to support everyone, including LGBTQ+ participants, to have dignity and express themselves through their own style.
Implementation Overview
Implementation date: 4/15 (Monday)
Location: Suitable lab (1st basement floor, Espoir Omotesando Building, 4-25-15 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo)
Experience content: Experience an ultra-personal styling service at a suitable lab. Based on prior counseling, ZOZO's unique AI is multiplied with the knowledge of professional stylists to propose “suitable” styling from over 700 items handled by ZOZOTOWN. Makeup and hair styling by GIVENCHY BEAUTY were applied and taken by a professional photographer.
*In order to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ beforehand, we conducted training by Rebit, an accredited NPO corporation, and trial experiences for LGBTQ+ parties.

I usually chose standalone items such as dresses, so the layered style was fresh. Larger jackets and pants are items that have a masculine impression decided by the world, so I've avoided them until now, but by taking on the challenge this time, I was able to acknowledge who I am now without denying the past, and it made me feel comfortable, smile naturally, and have confidence. I really feel like I was styled from within, and I have a feeling that I can really enjoy fashion from now on.



Person who experienced it: Yamaguchi/transgender male (gender identity is male, gender assigned at birth is female) I was often worried about the length of fashion items, but I was very surprised that the styling I was asked to suggest did not hide my own height or physique, which was complex, but rather made use of it. My weaknesses turned into strengths, leading to my confidence. Both the top and pants were colors I hadn't usually tried on, so I was a little uneasy, but when I actually tried them on, they looked great with my skin color and hair color. I realized the power of fashion leading to communication with people, and I wanted to actively incorporate bright colors by utilizing my strengths as a bright personality.
