$HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK)$4.147,200 common shares were repurchased on April 12, involving an amount of HK$263 million. The repurchase price per share ranged from HK$63.85 to HK$63.05.

$HANG SENG BANK (00011.HK)$5992 thousand common shares were repurchased on April 15, involving an amount of HK$58.728 million. The repurchase price for each share ranged from HK$99.3 to HK$96.25.

The cumulative number of securities repurchased during the year (since the adoption of the ordinary resolution) is 934,000 shares, accounting for 0.049% of the number of shares issued when the ordinary resolution was passed.

$CK ASSET (01113.HK)$On April 15, 1,583 million common shares were repurchased, involving an amount of HK$50.2567 million. The repurchase price for each share ranged from HK$31.85 to HK$31.55.
