As the first stock in China's “digital earth industry”, Zhongke Star Map developed and completed GEOVIS 6 digital earth products, promoted the construction of Geovis Earth online digital earth, focused on building a second growth curve for cloud services, and formed three major online service systems for cloud data, cloud computing, and cloud applications.
Enterprise energy has become the largest growth sector

At the same time, the company paid attention to fund management and increased repayment efforts, so that the net cash flow generated by the company's operating activities was corrected to 125 million yuan.
Shao Zongyou explained at the performance briefing that in terms of the first growth curve, the company's GEOVIS 6 digital earth products formed strong support, and through incentives from the horse racing mechanism, various sectors achieved continuous breakthroughs in revenue.
The annual report shows that in 2023, in terms of products, Zhongke Xingtu's main business achieved revenue of 1.67 billion yuan, accounting for 60.37% of total revenue, a year-on-year growth rate of 73.9%; GEOVIS software sales and data services achieved revenue of 187 million yuan, accounting for 7.43% of total revenue, a year-on-year growth rate of 19.02%; and special equipment and system integration achieved revenue of 659 million yuan, accounting for 26.20% of total revenue, a year-on-year growth rate of 43.43%.
Looking at the company's main business by industry, enterprise energy, smart government, and meteorological ecology are the three areas with the biggest revenue growth rate of Zhongke Xingtu in 2023. They achieved revenue of 230 million yuan, 742 million yuan, and 382 million yuan respectively, accounting for 9.17%, 29.49%, and 15.18% of total revenue, respectively. The year-on-year growth rates were 111.74%, 106.87%, and 101.58% respectively.
“Although the specialty sector is still the company's largest revenue area, its share of total revenue has declined, while the growth rate of smart government, enterprise energy, etc. is huge, indicating changes in the company's business revenue.” Shao Zongyou said.
According to the data, in 2021-2023, Zhongke Xingtu's special sector revenue was 550.6 million yuan, 722.9 million yuan, and 836 million yuan respectively, accounting for 52.95%, 45.85%, and 33.25% of total revenue, respectively, showing a downward trend year by year.
It is worth mentioning that the aerospace information industry in which Zhongke Xingtu is located is a typical technology-intensive industry, and the company's investment in R&D continued to grow in 2023. According to the annual report, in 2023, Zhongke Xingtu's R&D investment increased by 67.02% year-on-year, reaching 570 million yuan.
To increase online business, “Star Map Cloud” will be released

Shao Zongyou said, “Although this new business accounts for less than 1%, users are growing rapidly. Last year, we gained more than 20,000 personally certified developers, more than 21,000 enterprise certified developers, and more than 13,700 ecological applications built by developers based on the digital Earth's online capabilities, reaching more than 45 million end users.”
“Google Earth has more than 1 billion users around the world. This is mainly due to the accumulation of large investments over time in data, IT infrastructure, application algorithms, etc. We need to make up for this shortcoming.” Shao Zongyou said that it is mainly starting from three aspects: one is to consolidate data engineering construction and build a “sky in the open air” system; the second is to increase IT capacity building, including the layout and construction of data centers; and the third is to increase product research and development efforts.
According to the annual report, in 2023, on the basis of digital Earth products, Zhongke Xingtu developed and released a series of products such as Star Map Earth Today's Images, Star Map Earth Data Cloud, Star Map Earth Smart Brain Engine, Star Map Earth Supercomputing Data Factory, Star Map Earth App (1.3 version), Digital Earth Teaching Assistant, and a digital teaching experiment system.

In response to an investment interaction recently, Zhongke Xingtu also stated that the company and participating subsidiaries have participated in a number of low-altitude airspace construction projects. Beidou Fuxi participated in the Luogang Park Full Space Unmanned System Application Demonstration Project, the first city-level application scenario for a full-space unmanned system built in Hefei.
For the first time, the project realized the deep integration of the “Beidou Grid+Full Space Unmanned System”, constructed the world's first “land, sea, air, and sky power” global three-dimensional grid airspace map, and provided applications such as airspace planning management, automatic route planning and navigation, multi-aircraft flight coordination, and global situation sensing.
