深圳市房地產中介協會發布最新統計數據顯示，受清明假期影響，部分積累需求在上周得以體現，推動二手房成交量呈現恢復性增長。2024年第15周(4月8日至4月14日)，深圳全市二手房成交量達1,295套，按周增長34.3%，創自2022年以來單周交易量新高。
截至昨日(15日)，深圳全市共有60,358套有效二手房源在售，較前一周增加1,515套。
