(Shi Ruikang) signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with regard to (including) a proposal to establish a joint venture; and on the basis of a proposed joint venture, to provide modern services based on Tibetan medicine, Tibetan conditioning and health services, using the Internet to fully open up online and offline data links to establish a big health industry innovation system. Comprehensive Tibetan medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, medical and health care projects are being developed in Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia, and the Greater Bay Area, with medical technology and support provided by Shi Ruikang.

According to the announcement, it is proposed that the joint venture fully develop the three major health industry innovation systems and be based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to create a new level of development in the cultural tourism and health care industry for overseas markets; and strengthen the overall competitiveness of the group.
