According to the Zhitong Finance App, SF Real Estate Trust (02191) issued an announcement. The board of directors announced the following changes effective April 29, 2024:

1. Chen Huailin did not seek a re-term from the landlord. He will no longer serve as the landlord manager's independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Disclosure Committee;

2. In order to improve the efficiency of the board of directors and continue to maintain 50% of the board members as independent non-executive directors, Li Juhua will no longer act as a non-executive director of the REIT manager; and

3. Following Chen Huailin's departure, independent non-executive director Chen Mingde will be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Zhai Diqiang, the executive director and CEO of the housing trust manager, will be appointed as a member of the Disclosure Committee to replace Chen Huailin in order to comply with the requirements of the housing manager's corporate governance policy as set out in the housing manager's compliance manual.
