Fitch: Confirms Yuexiu REIT's (00405.HK) “BBB-” long-term foreign currency issuer rating outlook downgraded to “negative”

On April 12, Fitch confirmed the long-term foreign currency issuer default rating (IDR) of the Chinese housing enterprise Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (“Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust” 00405.HK) as a “BBB-” outlook downgraded from stable to negative. Fitch also confirmed the Yuexiu Real Estate Trust's senior unsecured rating, the US$1.5 billion medium-term note plan (China Bill Plan), and the rating of the US$400 million senior unsecured notes issued under the program as “BBB-”. The winning plan is issued by Yuexiu REIT MTN Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuexiu Real Estate Trust Fund, and is irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Yuexiu Real Estate Trust.
