Gelonghui, April 14, 丨 CMON (01792.HK) announced that on April 13, 2024, the company signed a subscription agreement A with subscriber A (that is, Jianhai Xinyu Group Co., Ltd., a company wholly owned by Mr. Chen Fen). Based on this, the company has conditionally agreed to allocate and issue a total of 1806 million subscribed shares at a subscription price of HK$0.030 per subscription share. The subscribed share A is equivalent to about 10% of the company's current issued share capital and about 8.33% of the issued share capital after expansion of the subscribed shares.
On the same day, the company entered into subscription agreement B with subscriber B (that is, Manachi Investment Co., Ltd., a company wholly owned by Mr. Chen Song). According to this, the company has conditionally agreed to allocate and issue a total of 1806 million subscribed shares at a subscription price of HK$0.030 per subscription share. The subscribed share B is equivalent to about 10% of the company's current issued share capital and about 8.33% of the issued share capital after expansion of the subscribed shares.
The subscription price of HK$0.03 per share was discounted by approximately 11.76% compared to the closing price of HK$0.034 per share on April 12. The total proceeds from the subscription were approximately HK$10.8 million. The total net proceeds from the subscription were approximately HK$10.4 million, equivalent to a net issue price of approximately HK$0.029 per subscription share.
