In addition, Ruitai New Materials, a subsidiary of the company, and the Jiang'an County People's Government signed the “Jiang'an County Investment Agreement with an Annual Output of 5,000 Tons of Carbon Nanotubes and 36,000 Tons of CNT Conductive Paste” and a supplementary agreement on April 19, 2022, agreeing that Ruitai New Materials will invest in the construction of a “project with an annual output of 5,000 tons of carbon nanotubes and 36,000 tons of CNT conductive paste” in Jiang'an County. Currently, the project is being promoted according to customer needs and the company's business conditions. Regarding the company's customer development situation, the company has now obtained qualified supplier codes for customers such as Ningde Era, BYD, Everweft Lithium Energy, Funeng Technology, Zhengli Xinneng, Penghui Energy, and Polyfluoride; some customers have achieved mass production and delivery, and Ningde Era has begun small deliveries.
