Lloyd, who controls GEOBASE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and the CW LLOYD FAMILY TRUST A/C, remains a substantial holder of 6,937,425 ordinary shares. No changes in associations or relevant interests were reported apart from the dilution effect.
