Gelonghui, April 12, 丨 Xufulou Group (01978.HK) announced that Yu Yongshi has completed the service contract between her professional service company and the company and has resigned as the company's joint company secretary with effect from April 12, 2024.

After Yu Yongshi's resignation, Chen Xiaoyi, the company's other joint company secretary, has company secretary qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated in section 3.28 of the Stock Exchange's securities listing rules, and will remain in office and serve as the company's sole company secretary.
