大快活集团（00052）发布公告，于2024年4月9日，公司的间接全资附属公司大快活为承租方，与出租方新捷就续租该物业订立新租赁协议。租赁期为3年由2024年4月10日起至2027年4月9日止（包括首尾两天），并且大快活可获续租再多3年的续租权。租金为每月17.82万港元。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港湾仔湾仔道140号明丰大厦地下部份店铺单位及湾仔道136号明丰大厦一楼A部份。
