思捷环球（00330）发布公告，Esprit Belgie Retail N.V．（BEBR，公司间接全资附属公司）的董事（BEBR董事会）经审慎周详考虑后议决向比利时破产主管法院申请启动BEBR资产的破产流程（破产申请）；批准破产申请；及随后于2024年4月8日作出破产申请。
公司目前正着重进行全面重组，加强与批发及特许经营商合作伙伴的业务，并为电子商务创造新的动力。BEBR的破产及其旗下商店的关闭已无法避免。
