The details (including) that the contracting parties increased their capital to a total of RMB 2.7 billion according to their respective shareholding ratios in Danzhou, Datang to meet the needs of the offshore wind power project in Danzhou, Datang. The respective shareholding ratios of the contracting parties in Danzhou, Datang will remain unchanged after the completion of this capital increase.

According to the capital increase agreement, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Datang Renewable Energy Hong Kong plan to increase the capital of Datang Danzhou by RMB 1,485 million and RMB 270 million respectively. After the capital increase is completed, the shareholding ratios of the company and Datang New Energy Hong Kong in Danzhou, Datang will remain unchanged at 55% and 10%, respectively.

Datang Danzhou is a limited liability company incorporated in China on January 31, 2024. The Company, Datang Renewable Energy Hong Kong and Datang Hainan hold 55%, 10% and 35% of the shares respectively. Danzhou, Datang is mainly engaged in power generation business, transmission business, power supply (distribution) business; construction engineering (except nuclear power plant construction and operation, civil airport construction); inspection and testing services; wind power technology services; wind farm related system research and development; offshore wind power related system research and development; energy storage technology services; seawater desalination treatment; electrical equipment repair, etc.
