Ministry of Commerce: The US Department of Commerce recently issued an announcement stating that it will begin exclusion procedures for products on China's 300 billion US dollar additional tariff list starting October 31.
Department of Commerce: From October 31, 2019 to January 31, 2020, US stakeholders can only apply for exclusion to the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR). The information required includes the substitutability of the products concerned, whether they have been subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties, whether they are strategically important or related to industrial policies such as Made in China 2025.
