■HowTV's Performance Trends (7064)

2. Trends by service

Sales by service were 1,536 million yen for the new graduate service “foreign job hunting dot com,” up 23.7% from the previous fiscal year, and 305 million yen, up 1.3% from the same period for the mid-career service “Liiga.” In addition to expanding the number of members by holding many real events that could not be actively tackled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as a result of strengthening price revisions and cross-selling efforts aimed at increasing customer unit prices, highly profitable distribution type products have grown drastically in the new graduate service “foreign job hunting dot com.”

As of the end of the 2024/1 fiscal year, the total cumulative number of trading companies for the new graduate service “foreign job hunting dot com” and the mid-career service “Liiga” increased by 97 companies (12.2%) compared to the end of the previous fiscal year to 893 companies, and the cumulative number of members increased 56,103 (12.0%) to 525,064. Raising name recognition through reviews and SNS also contributed.

The cumulative number of customers sent (published products) of the new graduate service “foreign-funded job hunting dot com” increased by 336,826 people (14.8%) to 2,616,803 people, and the cumulative number of scouting approvals (distribution type products) increased by 23,688 people (84.9%) to 51,579 people. Due to the renewal effect of the direct recruiting service implemented in 2021, the use of scouting functions (distribution type recruitment advertisements) has expanded, and the number of scouting approvals has increased drastically.

The number of agent registrations for the mid-career service “Liiga” increased by 367 people (57.8%) to 1,002 companies, and the cumulative number of matches increased 26,482 times (40.3%) to 92,180 times. Recruiting companies and job change agents seeking high-class human resources increased drastically, and the number of matches also increased drastically due to the implementation of scouting events, etc. Although the number of matches increased drastically, sales remained flat and growth was sluggish, so improving the number of decisions from matching will be an issue in the future.
