Gelonghui, April 3, 丨 Junhao Group (00115.HK) announced that some offers will end on April 3, 2024.

At 4:00 p.m. on the final closing date, the offeror received valid approval for: (i) a total of 64,501,856 shares of the offer (equivalent to approximately 26.3% of the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this joint announcement); and (ii) a total of 104,548,529 shares under part of the offer (equivalent to approximately 42.7% of the total issued share capital of the company and about 60.7% of the shares not held by the offeror and those acting in concert with them).

After the partial settlement of the offer, the offeror will further acquire 64,501,856 shares of the offer in accordance with the partial offer. Therefore, the offeror and those acting in concert will hold a total of 137,214,109 shares (approximately 56.0% of the company's total issued share capital on the date of this joint announcement).
