《大行報告》滙豐研究降中行(03988.HK)目標價至3.5元 上季淨息差壓力加大

滙豐研究發表報告指，中行(03988.HK)去年第四季業績喜憂參半。繼首三季表現跑嬴同行後，中行的淨息差壓力上升。由於中行的成本收入比高於工行(01398.HK)和建行(00939.HK)，與規模較大的同業相比，同樣幅度的淨息差收窄會對中行利潤帶來更大壓力。

業績公布後，滙豐研究將中行今明兩年每股盈利預測各下調0.5%和1.2%，以反映對收入擔憂，並引入後年預測。維持對中行H股「買入」評級，目標價由3.6元下調至3.5元。
