The price compared to the standard Porsche is impressive
According to the press conference, the Xiaomi SU7 is divided into three versions, the standard version is 215,900 yuan, the pro version is 245,900 yuan, and the Max directly targets Porsche, 299,900 yuan. The specific configuration was actually announced long before the press conference. The exterior design includes four major color systems and nine colors. Other design features include teardrop-shaped headlights, halo taillights, a 175-degree ripple curved surface, semi-hidden doorknobs, four wheels, and four types of tires.
One of the highlights is sun protection. The canopy glass is too hot in summer, a consensus point; Xiaomi has put a lot of effort into this. The UV protection rate of the canopy glass is 99.9%, and the insulation rate of the front windshield is 97.6%.
In terms of key battery life and acceleration, the Xiaomi SU7 achieved zero hundred acceleration in 2.78 seconds and a top speed of 265 km/h, directly rival the Porsche Taycan. The entire series has a long battery life. The standard version starts at 700 kilometers (surpassing the Model 3 long battery life version). When commuting to work, charging once a week, it can run for four or five hours at high speed. The Xiaomi SU7 Max has a battery life of 801 km, making it the only train in China that can achieve 2-second acceleration and 800km battery life at the same time.

In response, Xiaomi said that according to industry practice, Dading generally has a period of hesitation, which ranges from 1 to 3 days, during which time it is possible to withdraw or reassign. Considering the huge number of reservations for Xiaomi SU7 tastings and test drives, the hesitation period before April 30 has been extended to 7 days in order to further protect users' rights and allow customers to have more time to experience and consider the test drive.
However, after paying the deposit for more than 7 days, the vehicle configuration is automatically locked, and consumers can also actively lock the configuration in advance. Once the order is locked, the vehicle will enter the production stage, the configuration cannot be modified, and the deposit will not be refunded. Furthermore, the original version's current car configuration has been locked, and the consumer locked the order after paying a deposit of 20,000 yuan.
Xiaomi said that as of 12 noon on March 29, the customer service system had received a total of 469 requests for chargebacks and modifications. Xiaomi Auto said that during the app's car purchase process, there will be a total of three reminders about the active lock order being non-refundable, and a direct pop-up window will pop up when the final “lock configuration” is “locked.”
