Zhitong Finance App News, Future Electronics (301386.SZ) announced that the Housing Repurchase Office of the Beiqiao Subdistrict Office of the People's Government of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou (“Beiqiao Street Housing Repurchase Office”) plans to repurchase the company's land use rights located in the east of Future Road and North of Mingdai Road, Beiqiao Street, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. The repurchase amount is RMB 16.189.16 million.

At the same time, the company plans to use no more than 12 million yuan of its own capital to purchase land located south of Yinhai Garden and east of Wukai Road in Zhuangji Village, Beiqiao Street, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou as construction land for a new construction project with a low voltage circuit breaker attachment to meet the demand for production and operation sites for some of the company's fund-raising projects.
