Now, from 2024/4/1, in addition to being sold exclusively in first class and business class on some JAL international routes, it will also be sold in premium economy class on specific flights between 2024/4/4/5 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of JAL international flight service and the 25th anniversary of in-flight sales of “Mori Izo.”

1. About the shochu “Mori Izo”
“Mori Izo” is created by carefully polishing carefully selected kogane senkan (kane sengan), groundwater naturally filtered from the Shirasu Plateau in the Takasumi Mountains, and healthy yeast with storage, and traditional techniques and manufacturing method “kamepot preparation” that have been handed down from generation to generation since its establishment in Meiji 18. Since it is produced in small quantities, it is difficult to obtain and is known as a phantom sweet potato shochu, and continues to be loved by many customers around the world for its mellow, savory flavor and sophisticated flavor.

It is sold in an in-flight limited original bottle with the 1-liter bottle design as it is smaller to a size 4 bottle, and it has been loved by many customers as the best-selling product in JAL international in-flight sales from the beginning of sales until now.
In addition to the shochu “Mori Izo,” “Gokujo Mori Izo,” which has been aged for 3 years or more, “Mori Izo,” an euphoric sake that has been aged for a long period of time, and bottles of “Mori Izo,” and “Mori Izo” long-term aging 12 year storage 25th anniversary bottles are also sold in-flight for a limited time and in limited quantities, and have been very well received.
