According to Zhitong Finance App News, Imperial Financial Group (08029) announced that due to the unstable power supply in Kazakhstan; and that the Kazakh cryptocurrency mining machines purchased by the Group about three years ago are far less efficient than recent cryptocurrency miners, and will be eliminated after Bitcoin mining rewards are halved in April 2024, the group will stop cryptocurrency mining activities in Kazakhstan. The Group will continue to use the Group's own mining machines in Brunei; and the US to use mining machines leased by the Group for cryptocurrency mining activities.
