According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tongda Hongtai (02363) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$91.259 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 39.3%. Shareholders' losses were HK$378.46 million, a year-on-year reduction of 83.6%. Loss per share was HK55.59 cents.

According to the report, the decline in the Group's revenue was mainly due to the Group's continued restructuring of operations that began last year during the year and the Group continued to re-evaluate its projects to improve operating cash flow under the negative impact of internal and external environmental challenges, leading to a decrease in sales orders received.
