According to the Zhitong Finance App, Weizhi Holdings (01305) announced its 2023 results, achieving a turnover of HK$1,986 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 10.4%; profit attributable to shareholders of HK$36.417 million, a year-on-year decrease of 39.22%; and a basic profit of HK$16.8 per share.

Total revenue for the year ended 31 December 2023 was approximately HK$1,985,768,000, down 10.4% from approximately HK$2,216,352,000 for the year ended 31 December 2022. In terms of the core business segment (i.e. LED backlighting and LED lighting products), the Group's core revenue was approximately HK$1,776,801,000, an increase of 3.8% over approximately HK$1,712,035,000 for the year ended 31 December 2022. Sales revenue for LED backlighting products was approximately HK$1,656,359,000 (2022: HK$1,620,565,000), a modest increase of 2.2%. Sales revenue of LED lighting products was approximately HK$120,442,000 (2022: HK$91,470,000), an increase of 31.7% due to an increase in the number of customers in remote areas.
