According to the capital requirements required for the company's business development in 2024, the company and its subsidiary subsidiaries plan to apply for comprehensive credit loans from banks and other financial institutions in 2024 to no more than RMB 18 billion (cumulative accrued amount). Ultimately, the credit amount actually approved by each financial institution shall prevail. The period of validity is from the date of review and approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company is held.

Comprehensive credit types include, but are not limited to: short-term working capital loans, medium- to long-term loans, bank acceptance notes, letters of credit, project loans, mortgages, etc. The specific credit limit, financing amount, term, interest rate and guarantee method are subject to the final contract or agreement between the company and the relevant financial institution.
