According to the Zhitong Finance App, China's Beidahuang (00039) announced results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of HK$845 million, down 9.2% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$153 million, narrowing 29.8% year on year; basic loss per share was 2.76 HK cents.

Loss during the period (after tax) was mainly due to increased administrative expenses and financing costs. The Group will continue to control costs and concentrate existing resources to further strengthen and develop the Group's business through internal expansion and acquisitions at appropriate times. The Group believes that the business portfolio has diversified over the past few years. The Group will focus on existing businesses and will expand through its own development and investment in similar businesses.
