The group achieved operating income of 3,956 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 13.39%; net profit to mother of 629 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.51%; basic earnings per share of 0.45 yuan; and plans to pay a final dividend of 0.15 yuan per share.

According to the announcement, in 2023, the Group will put into operation four new waste incineration power generation projects, adding 4,600 tons/day of waste treatment capacity, annual treatment of 134.46,800 tons of domestic waste, an increase of 17.98%, achieving a feed-in capacity of 389,423.1 million degrees, an increase of 11.87% over the previous year, and achieved 428,600 tons of steam supply for the whole year, an increase of 42.00% year on year. The main production indicators all reached record highs. An investment cooperation agreement was signed with the Zhangqiu District People's Government of Jinan City, Shandong Province, and an important step has been taken to expand the new business. Due to factors such as a decrease in the number and scale of projects under construction, the Group's revenue and net profit to mother declined year-on-year.
