According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongkang Holdings (02361) announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of 396 million yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 11.08%; profit attributable to shareholders of 102 million yuan, an increase of 82.99% year on year; basic profit per share of 23.94 points; and plans to pay a final dividend of HK7.25 cents per share.

According to the announcement, revenue growth is mainly due to an increase in revenue from the Smart Decision Cloud business. Gross margin increased from 44.6% in FY2022 to 56.4% this year. Mainly, the Group optimized and adjusted its overall business structure, and products and services with high marginal benefits maintained rapid growth.

By the end of the reporting period, the Group's business had covered major health industry participants such as pharmaceutical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical device retail, medical institutions, and innovative pharmaceutical companies. As of December 31, 2023, the Group's number of enterprise-level customer partnerships was 1,288, an increase of 44.6% over 891 in the same period in 2022. Among them, the repurchase sales rate of top pharmaceutical and medical equipment enterprise customers reached 95.7%. As of December 31, 2023, more than 500 contracts have been signed and are awaiting execution, with a total contract amount of about 154 million yuan, an increase of about 79.2% over the same period last year.
