According to the Zhitong Finance App, Merry Health International (02327) announced its 2023 results, with revenue of about HK$129 million, up about 7.8% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$40.83 million, up 1.29 times year on year; profit per share was 1 HK cent.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in orders from Chinese and overseas markets, which led to an increase of HK$20.8 million in revenue from procurement services for new energy products; and the reopening of mainland China, which led to an increase of HK$7.4 million in sales of construction materials. This increase was partly offset by a decrease of HK$6.9 million in sales of health-care related products; a decrease of HK$5.8 million in revenue from property sales and consultancy services; a decrease of HK$4.6 million in rental income; and a decrease of HK$1.4 million in revenue from sales agency services for health-care related products.
