Gelonghui, March 28, 丨 Rizhao Port Jurong (06117.HK) announced that due to work adjustments, Mr. Cui Liang resigned as a non-executive director and chairman on March 28, 2024, effective when the company's shareholders approved the appointment of a new non-executive director at the company's shareholders' meeting. Mr. Qin Yuning resigned as an executive director and general manager of the company on March 28, 2024 due to job adjustments. Mr. Qin resigned as general manager of the company, effective from March 28, 2024. His resignation as an executive director will take effect after shareholders approve the appointment of a new executive director at the company's shareholders' meeting. After resigning as an executive director, Mr. Qin will no longer act as an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules.

Due to work adjustments, Mr. Chen Lei resigned as a non-executive director on March 28, 2024, effective when shareholders approved the appointment of a new non-executive director at the company's shareholders' meeting. Mr. Yang Juntian has resigned as Deputy General Manager due to job adjustments, effective March 28, 2024.

Mr. Chen Zhou has been appointed as the company's Deputy General Manager with effect from March 28, 2024.
