Huang Guoming has proposed the resignation of (i) the company secretary; (ii) the authorized representative of the company as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Law and section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules; and (iii) the authorized representative of the company to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as required under section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules.

So Wing Chun has been appointed as the company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal proceedings with effect from April 1, 2024.
