According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jihai Resources (02489) announced the full year results of 2023, with revenue of about 383 million yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year decrease of about 8.4%; profit attributable to owners of the parent company was about 6.525 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 21.9%; and basic and diluted profit per share was about 0.04 yuan.

According to reports, in this year, the Group's gold production was about 882.3 kg (equivalent to about 28,366.4 oz), a decrease of about 190.2 kg (equivalent to about 6114.7 oz) or 17.7% from last year. The decline in gold production was mainly due to the suspension of production from May to mid-July 2023 to conduct safety inspections on our newly built work platform. Due to the decline in gold production, gold ingot sales declined, and the Group's revenue decreased by about 8.4% compared to last year to about 383 million yuan.
