Zhitong Finance App News, China Education Holdings (00839) announced that with respect to the issuance of HK$2,355 billion 2.0% convertible bonds due in 2024, the company has redeemed all unredeemed convertible bonds in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions on the maturity date of the convertible bonds.

The maturity date of the convertible bonds is March 28, 2024. After a series of early redemptions and repurchases by the company, the total principal amount of convertible bonds that have not been redeemed before the maturity date is HK$4 million. All convertible bonds that have not yet been redeemed have been redeemed on the maturity date. The company believes that the full redemption will not have a significant impact on the Group's financial position. The convertible bonds were delisted from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on the maturity date.
