According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xintian Real Estate Group (00760) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group obtained revenue of RMB 767 million (same unit), an increase of 177.69% over the previous year; losses attributable to the company's owners were RMB 337.76 million, a decrease of 13.72% over the previous year; and a loss of 6.6 points per share.

This year's revenue mainly comes from “Xintian Banshan” villa sales, “Xuzhou Lin'an Smart Industrial Park” and “Yangzhou Smart Life City” pre-sale unit delivery and sales. Taking into account the weakness of the domestic real estate market and independent assessments, corresponding depreciation provisions were made for various projects. The loss attributable to shareholders of the Group in 2023 was approximately RMB 33.8 million (2022: RMB 39.1 million).
