According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Urban Infrastructure (02349) announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Group's turnover was HK$51.78 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21.1%; net loss of HK$111 million, a decrease of 2.5% year-on-year; and a loss of 3.56 HK cents per share.

The announcement stated that in order to invest more resources in line with the strategic direction of the Group's business, the Group may sell all or part of its property portfolio in due course according to market conditions and the market value of the property portfolio. To support the further development of the Group's business, management is actively seeking potential projects compatible with the Group's main business.
