According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Commerce Group (01719) announced results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group's revenue was HK$361 million, an increase of about 13.1% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$15.36 million, a decrease of 26.1% year on year; profit per share was 0.89 HK cents.

The announcement said that in the new year, the Group will continue to grasp the working tone of stability and progress, and focus on building a comprehensive port system with better service quality, stronger market expansion, and higher added value using the three-in-one driving model of “internally-driven growth,” “smart reform,” and “pioneering innovation.” In terms of core port construction, the core industry is through port construction and operation in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, port and warehouse leasing, and provision of logistics services. The Group is expanding its comprehensive port processing trade, port trusteeship operation special services and infrastructure investment, building an integrated service system, focusing on building the largest inland waterway port logistics system in China and building a leading domestic port logistics ecosystem.
