Gelonghui, March 27, 丨 Changan Minsheng Logistics (01292.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's consolidated audited revenue was approximately RMB 7.97 billion, an increase of about 3.22% over the previous year. The revenue attributable to the company's equity holders as audited was approximately RMB 564.46,900, an increase of about 46.68% over the previous year's revenue attributable to equity holders of the company. The audited basic earnings per share was RMB 0.35 (2022: RMB 0.24). The Board of Directors recommended declaring a cash dividend of RMB 0.20 per share for the end of 2023 (2022: RMB 0.15 per share).

On December 31, 2023, the company established a total of 28 branches, subsidiaries, joint ventures and offices, mainly in East China, Central China, North China, South China and Southwest China (Figure 2). The continuous improvement of the service network enables the Group to provide logistics services to all parts of the country.
