According to Zhitong Finance App, China Oriental Education (00667) announced its 2023 annual results. The group obtained revenue of 3,979 billion yuan (RMB, same below) during the period, an increase of 4.18%; profit attributable to shareholders of 272 million yuan, a decrease of 25.82% year on year; basic profit per share of 12.51 points; and plans to pay a final dividend of HK$0.2 per share.

According to the announcement, during the period, the number of new students enrolled and the number of new customer registrations increased by about 13.8% compared to the year ended December 31, 2022, resulting in a year-on-year increase in revenue.
