On March 27, Ge Longhui | Ginkgo Education (01851.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the company's revenue was approximately RMB 354.9 million, an increase of about 24.0%. This increase is mainly due to (i) tuition fees for the reporting period of approximately RMB 303.4 million, an increase of approximately 22.9%, and (ii) accommodation fees for the reporting period of approximately RMB 24.9 million, an increase of approximately 27.5%. The increase was due to the increase in the number of students enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year and the increase in average tuition and accommodation fees. The Group's profit increased by approximately 74.1% to approximately RMB 148.0 million during the reporting period (2022: RMB 85.0 million).

In the 2023/2024 academic year, the number of students enrolled in Ginkgo College continued to grow to around 20,728, an increase of 8.3% over the previous year.
