Gelonghui, March 27, Canggang Railway (02169.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the company's revenue increased 4.7% from RMB 333.4 million or RMB 15.6 million to RMB 349.0 million in the previous year, mainly due to a decrease in railway freight revenue of RMB 25.2 million but an increase of RMB 40.8 million in ancillary business revenue, which not only offset the impact of the decline in railway freight revenue, but also increased total revenue by RMB 15.6 million over the same period last year.

Annual profit decreased by 13.8% from RMB 67.9 million or RMB 9.3 million in the previous year to RMB 58.6 million during the reporting period. The Board recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.6 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023.
