NorthView Acquisition Corp. (NVAC) has shared an announcement.
At NorthView Acquisition Corporation’s 2024 Annual Meeting, a commanding 93.64% of shareholders approved all proposed items, including the re-election of five directors and the ratification of their accounting firm, Marcum LLP. They also greenlit extending the time for a business combination until September 2024 and approved related amendments to their corporate documents. If the company doesn’t achieve a business combination by the extended date, it will wind up operations and redeem public shares, closing the chapter for public stockholders.
