融科控股(02323.HK)公布，由於公司仍在與其中一名主要股東聯絡，要求彼提供經審核財務報告，證明其擁有足夠資產向集團提供財務支持，以滿足公司核數師的額外要求，因此核數師無法按原定計劃完成審計程序，故公司將延遲發佈截至去年12月31日止年度的初步業績。而延遲刊發年度業績構成未能遵守上市規則規定。
公司指，正與核數師密切合作，以盡快完成審計程序。根據目前可得資料，公司預計年度業績將於今年4月10日或之前刊發。
另外，公司股份目前預計將自今年4月2日起於聯交所暫停買賣，以待刊發年度業績。
