According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ligao Holdings (08472) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$949 million during the period, a decrease of 1.82% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$14.06 million, a decrease of 30.83% year on year; basic profit per share was HK 0.38 cents.

According to the announcement, the decline in revenue was mainly due to the expiration of the Group's Pest Management Services Division contract during the reporting period.
