Gelonghui, March 26, 丨 Dongsheng Smart City Service (00265.HK) announced that in its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group recorded annual revenue of about HK$340 million, an increase of about 50.8% over the same period in 2022, mainly driven by an increase in revenue generated by the environmental health business. The annual profit from continuing operations attributable to the company's equity holders is approximately HK$33.5 million (2022: approximately HK$23.7 million). The basic and diluted profit per share of the company's equity holders from continuing operations is approximately HK0.17 cents (2022: approximately HK0.03 cents). The Board does not recommend payment of a final dividend for the current year (2022: none).
