Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor with effect from March 26, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Lixin Dehao's resignation. The term of office is until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
